PIF (Public Investment Fund) Tenders
PIF projects—think NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiya, and ROSHN—are massive, ambitious, and demanding. These are not your typical "build-a-wall-and-paint-it" gigs. They're smart city, sustainability-driven, luxury-mega-giga-project types.
What they typically demand:
International standards (think LEED, WELL, and other sustainability metrics)
Innovative construction methods (prefab, modular, AI-driven site monitoring, etc.)
Strong financial backing and prequalification documents proving your team has the experience and muscle
Ridiculously detailed BoQs and bid clarifications on everything from BIM modeling to green roofs
Vendor registration and compliance with MOMRA and local content regulations (NIDLP)
Where I help:
Reviewing and understanding complex RFQs
Drafting bid strategies and identifying risk elements
Aligning scope of work with PIF’s Vision 2030 criteria
Writing sleek, to-the-point technical and commercial proposals
Aramco Tenders
Aramco? Different beast. They run like a well-oiled machine (pun very much intended). They are ultra-procedural, compliance-obsessed, and extremely documentation-heavy.
What they demand:
Approved vendor list (AVL) registration (this alone is a mini-project)
SAP Ariba or L3 registration portal familiarity
Strict HSE compliance and regular audits
Meticulous project scheduling and cost controls using Primavera or similar
Solid experience in SATORP, SADARA, or Jazan projects is a big plus
They love track record charts, CAPEX breakdowns, and endless clarification meetings
Where I help:
Helping prep prequalification documents
Writing scope-based pricing strategies
Preparing your technical narratives to pass Aramco’s sniffer dogs (they spot nonsense from a mile away)
Optimizing manpower/equipment calculations to align with Aramco’s productivity expectations
