READING FOR SUCCEEDING delivers the research-based strategies needed to increase levels of comprehension in non-fiction, or informational text. This course is designed to assist learners from middle school to mature adulthood in becoming confident, life-long learners. Consistently applied over a period of a few months, these strategies have proven to increase reading comprehension in all subjects, building a solid foundation for future learning.
Struggling secondary level readers, college students, English language learners, adults returning to trade or college classes, and parents who want to help their own children will benefit from the targeted lessons in this course.
