Stop eating unhealthy food. Start eating a salad with protein every day for lunch, use as much dressing as you want, you don't need to fear fat that much. Eat oatmeal for breakfast with a piece of fruit. Eat a smaller dinner than you're used to. That's my strategy atleast 1 part of it.
