I designed this course because pasta sauces are, to me, the heart and soul of Italian cooking. Over the years, I’ve realized that while pasta itself is beloved around the world, it’s the sauce that can make or break a dish. I wanted to create a course that empowers anyone — whether a seasoned cook or a complete beginner — to master the art of pasta sauces from scratch.
