This course is designed to begin on the first day of your period, with a gentle yin yoga class to awaken the wisdom of the womb. This allows you to slow down and listen to the needs of your body.

As your bleed begins to lighten you will progress to the Medium class and then the Light class, moving in a way that is suitable for your body and your energy levels at that time.

There is also a Herbal Teas and Tonics guide to give you delicious remedies for reducing menstrual related symptoms.

Throughout this course you will be invited to explore the rhythm of menstruation, the inner cycle that aligns you with the power of your inner feminine. The cycle that allows you to witness and understand your body and your energy in a way that is intimate to you.
