The third lecture, Structuring & Succession, focuses on strategies for ensuring the continuity of family businesses, addressing the transition between generations, ownership transfers, training & motivation of the NextGen and the role of family offices in wealth preservation.

The final lecture, Sustainability & ESG, highlights how family businesses can integrate long-term environmental, social, and governance principles to maintain resilience, improve social impact, and drive responsible business practices.
