As a mother of two, I know what its like to want to strengthen your body after pregnancy. The Mom Ab Rehab program is where I guide you through all the core healing exercises that helped me to regain my strength. This is a specialised program that will rebuild your abdominal wall, strengthen your glutes and back and realign your body postpartum. The program is suitable for vaginal or c-section births. These are the exercises I used to strengthen my core after two babies. It works and it is effective!
What to expect:
Receive 12 specialised postpartum no-repeat workouts
Learn how to engage and connect to your core through core breathing
Stagger your workouts over 4 weeks (3 workouts per week)
The workouts are under 25 minutes so you can do it when your baby naps
What equipment do you need?
Most of the workouts are equipment free, but you will need a small pilates ball for a few workouts in the program.
I introduce exercises and techniques designed to rebuild strength and stability in the core. These exercises are tailored to be safe and beneficial for postpartum recovery, taking into account the unique needs and challenges faced during this phase.
